My experience is mixed. These are my first pair of hearing aids so I have nothing to compare them to. So far they have been OK. Some days I forget I have them in; some days they are definitely there. It has been 9 months, and some days still have problems with fit. My problems have been more with the dealer. He didn't really listen to my complaints that one of mine was not fitting for the first 5 months. It took someone else to look at it to get his attention. On the other hand the dealer was always available when I wanted to go in when I had problems (other than the fit),

Recently on a trip to Vermont to visit family, I left my Starkey hearing aid charger at home. Being profoundly hearing challenged, I panicked. Better Living in So. Burlington Vermont came to my rescue the following morning. They were able to provide me with the exact charger I needed to enjoy visiting with my family. Profoundly grateful.

i find my hearing aids are not clear.when i go for service he said if not better come back ,but always the same not good. when other talk it is hard to understand,i keep saying what what.some people are ok

I purchase a set of Omega AI 20 hearing aid on July 23, 2026 and I must say they are VERY user friendly !!!! Bonjour Je viens de regarder li es avis c'est donc pour ça qui me décide d'en mettre un. J'ai acheté les appareils auditifs Starkey avec beaucoup de réglages au départ. Ça fait 4 ans que je m'en sers mais voilà l'appareil droite ça fonctionne quand ça veut la gauche ne se recharge plus, il est évident qu'après avoir mis de la poche 1400€ je pense que ce n'est a un très bon achat. Donc Starkey ne plus m'en parler
