I had an issue with my stethoscope, for some reason it was "sticky" feeling, customer service was quick to respond and replaced the stethoscope quickly and sent me supplies to return the bad one. It was so easy! Thank you.

Bought it for my daughter to replace the one she had come up missing at work. She absolutely loves it, red is her favorite color. The whole ordering process was seamless and delivery was actually quicker than expected. Was not my first time ordering and I will order from you again when another stethoscope is needed.
