I am very disappointed with the way my product arrived. It came with the box completely destroyed. A health product should come with much more care and affection. My stethoscope may have been damaged the way it arrived. I wonder what must have happened for it to arrive this way.

This was an excellent shopping experience. I had a last minute need for a gift for two medical professionals. I ordered my items with the understanding they would not deliver until after Christmas. It clearly stated that on the shipping screen. (after Christmas was fine with me) I was so delighted when they actually delivered on 12/23 and were under the tree Christmas morning.
