I like Craig’s style and presentation of the material. It really helped me change my mindset regarding alcohol. I have not had a drink or a desire to drink since I started the program. 50 days is a record for me and I am looking forward to many more days alcohol free.

In the literature a refund was offered if you were not happy with the system. I requested a refund over 4 times and no one responded. I would love to get my refund. Thank you if you can make that happen.

The Stop Drinking Expert has changed my life for the better by teaching me and others a new way to look at drinking alcohol and why we do it. Every problem drinker is different, however, it has given me a new perspective and this course is making it easier to stop drinking because we do not rely soley on willpower. I am also seeing a counselor weekly and I share what I've learned in the course. The couselor is pushing AA meetings and calls it a disease, which I don't agree with, because they say that you can never really be cured. The 1st two weeks of sobriety were at times difficult. However, Craig was correct when he said that the cravings would fade. Old habits are tough to break. It's been two months now, which isn't terribly long, but I am taking the vitamin supplements, losing some weight, and feeling much better.

The books and website were invaluable resources! I needed to become convinced of the deception of alcohol as I had 30 some odd yearsback when freeing myself of a smoking addiction. I highly recommend these resources to anyone teady to consider getting out of the rat trap.

Very good program and well worth the money...haven't had a drink for 6 weeks now and only have minor cravings. Looking forward to staying sober too!

Still drinking. But good information about life and excellent medifores.. I'm really trying. But I give in to stress and anger.. but I love this purchase. It was worth a shot.. nothing isn't easy in life.. but I'm not giving up..

Been great having this resource to understand alcohol is adding nothing positive to my life. The common sense approach helped with quitting and remaining alcohol free. I read but don’t care much for Facebook posts in the closed group. Many are whining or have fallen off the wagon and seem to want someone to say that’s ok. But some are uplifting and positive and worth reading. Overall very good program.
