I had a problem because the micros didn't pair with the receivers. I wrote them and they sent me a video explaining how to fix it. It worked! And now I can use my micros as always. Thank you very much.

After reading many excellent reviews, I purchased my first Hollyland product: a wireless mic for my iphone. My interviews are now going more smoothly than ever, thanks to this excellent, amazingly affordable product. What a pleasure to rid myself and my interviewees of a standing mic. I did have a tiny hiccup (my error, not product's) and contacted customer service via email. They responded and solved my problem almost instantly. I will be buying Hollyland products from now on.
