There are consistent glitches in responding to client reviews, I consistently have problems. I need to contact support with the only reason I am still using it is because I’ve used it for many years, but I am seriously looking at other options. Your technology is very outdated and your support is very limited and challenging to get a hold of.

My son had his first appointment with Terrence and he did a phenomenal job. He’s never had a haircut by anyone other than me and Terrence made him so happy. It was a transformative cut going from long hair to short and he can’t quit looking at his hair and saying how much he loves it. We found his new barber and couldn’t be happier!
