Suitcase.comReviews of suitcase.com

As I was purchasing two pieces of luggage, I had my reservations in doing business with this website, BUT I had checked their history on the BBB and satisfied with their ratings and reviews, purchased the luggage. VERY GLAD I DID! I ended up having speak with a CSR as they were having a minor glitch in their website, but the CSR was super and the sale went through without a hitch. The luggage arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to purchase from Suitcase.com again. Highly recommended!

They didn't have the brand name luggage I was looking for on their website but quickly found one in their network and shipped quickly. I would order from them again.

I found the suitcase I was looking for at a price much lower than anywhere else. It arrived in two days. Great service!

Good quality product at a good price, delivered quickly. What more could you want?

This was my first experience with Suitcase.com. They had quite a selection to choose from, found the one I wanted it had the best price and free shipping. Ordered, got it about a week later, so "free" fast shipping. Good experience, customer service was prompt and helpful.

as advertised, perfect condition, good price!

I had never heard of suitcase.com but they had a light suitcase and not in black and at a good price. Ordered it online, and was delivered exactly on the day they promised. The suitcase is just what I wanted. Great company to work with.

Great company! They offered the best price on the web, great communication, and ultra fast delivery. All around a top notch company and a pleasure to deal with.
