This bag is everything I was expecting and it got here on time. I travel about 90 days a year and need a real road warrior bag to go with me. When I saw many of the flight crews use Travel Pro I was sold. Can't wait to try it out this week.

I purchased not 1, but 2 pieces of Samsonite Luggae (the S'Cure 28 Inch Hardcase)... one in Blue, and, as an afterthought 2 days later, one in Red. When I went to order the 2nd piece, the price had gone up considerably, but suitcase.com was willing to lower the price for me. They did not go down as low as the original sale price for my 1st order, but they went down low enough, that it was still considerably cheaper than the competition. Delivery time was normal (approximately 1 week), and the both pieces came in tact (no signs of any damage). If I need any more luggae, this will be the 1st palce where I look.

Web Site does not state product ships from a 3rd party source. Also, site does not give delivery times. I called the Company and was given estimated delivery info. and that my order was shipping that day. 2 days later still showed in process so, called again. The information given then was different--no yet shipped--coming from third party--would arrive in 7-10 working days. Finally received a tracking number the next day. Product ordered 9/6 arrived 9/17. Product and price are great. They just need to button up their fulfillment and customer service department.

Edith, We are sorry for any miscommunication or misunderstanding with your shipping times. As stated on the website standard shipping times are 5-10 business days. Typically, standard GROUND orders get out the door within two business days once orders are received and we first saw the order on Monday. This shipped on Thursday so it ran a day later than normal, so our apologies for the extra day delay as this was shipping from the manufacturer directly and they were backed up a little. We see that you received on the 7th business day as this shipped from the East Coast to West Coast, but again we apologize if the timing was other than you anticipated or were explained. We do appreciate your business and value you as a customer and all inquiries/comments are taken seriously as we believe this is the backbone of our service-related industry and what has kept us in business with a strong and loyal following for our 60 plus years of business since 1951. We hope to get the opportunity to serve you and your family again in the future! Sincerely, Brett's Luggage www.suitcase.com 888-627-3887

I wanted to give a Cross pen to my physician. I ordered a model that I found on the internet and asked the gentleman that took my order to have it engraved with his name. I received my order in great condition one day prior to my going to visit my physician. I like the letters of the engraving and I will think of you whenever I need similar services and I am asked for a recommendation.

It is my good fortune to have found Suitcase.com. I called the store directly and placed the order with their sales rep. He was courteous and helpful. He told me when the piece of luggage would arrive and from which shipping point. My luggage arrived three days early and all was in good order. The price of the luggage piece was the best online price being offered and I was able to talk to a live person.

The rep at Suitcase was very helpful and placed our order, we received them 5 days before the expected delivery date. The pen and engraving were high class. Very good responses from the upper management team.

I couldn't find a better price anywhere (including Amazon). Suitcase.com shipped the suitcase immediately and it arrived in perfect shape. Shipping included in the price. No complaints! I would use this company again.
