Suitcase.com had the best pricing on the internet for the Samsonite Silhouette suitcases I was looking for. A very friendly and knowledgeable customer service person helped me figure out the sizes I needed. Delivery was incredibly fast (FedEx!) at ZERO charge.

My large suitcase arrived within a couple of days and was packaged/handling perfectly. The suitcase itself was amazing quality, looked fantastic and was also great value. I am very happy with my new suitcase and would recommend this service.

We found the style of luggage we liked at Macy's but didn't want to pay the big price. Found EXACTLY the same luggage at suitcase.com, but A LOT CHEAPER and free shipping! AND more color options than at the store. The luggage arrived in a few days, was packaged nicely, looked super. Very Happy.

I purchased two Samsonite suitcases as graduation gifts for two grandsons who are graduating high school and early college this fall. I got them the smaller size to use when they travel back and forth from college to home. I'm sure they will like them as neither has any luggage yet; however, I have not seen them nor have they. They are still sealed in the boxes awaiting a closer time to graduation.

I ordered this suitcase and it came in very good time, but is bigger than expected. Beware, when they say a suitcase is 25" high! they are not counting the wheels. There was no returns information in the box, not even a normal receipt. I've decided its close enough, but it isn't very good customer relations not to make it easy to find out how to return.

I use it for commuting to NYC when I visit clients in the city. it's true to the picture and description. But it's still heavier than what I thought. Well, 7.5lb is not light, especialy when it's loaded, anyway... The wheels are perfect. I love the laptop compartment. Generally, I like it.

I wanted to get some additional packing cubes to supplement the ones I had, and color coordinate mine and my husbands packing. Usually I order from Amazon, but they did not have one of the items in the color that I needed. After doing a general search, your company came up, and when checking I found that not only did you have the item that Amazon didn't, but it was cheaper with suitcase.com. I decided to order all of the items with you since I could get free shipping with that sized order. Two days later I received a call from Scott with some concerns/possible changes to my order. Eagle Creek was changing styles, and some of the items were only available in the old style, and in one case the color was not available in the quantity I wanted. He was very polite and explained everything very well, and we were easily able to agree with the proposed changes. The products were shipped that same day and I had them two days later. I am very pleased with the service that I received from Suitcase.com, and would recommend them to anyone needing travel supplies.

Ordered the suitcase, received the email confirmation and was delivered, unharmed, in the promised time frame. Couldn't be happier...
