This is a great suitcase. But suitcase.com oversold it when I ordered it so it took almost a month for it to arrive at my home. They did email me and asked if my purchase was time sensitive (it was not) so there was no real inconvenience. But the suitcase arrived in great condition and it just what I wanted. The reviews on the website really helped me avoid overpaying for a similar version.
