The web site said the items were in stock ,they were not. They then tried to sell me something more expensive.

Dear Beverly, We apologize for the original piece running out of stock. We had merely suggested the new item as a comparable size and yes a little more expensive but a nicer quality bag. Prices reflect what's put in to the bag. Some are heavier duty than others and this is true for Samsonite products.
