I went to an outlet shop to purchase a Samsonite suitcase. The price seemed high, so I went online an found Suitcase.com. They had the exact same suitcase for $100 less! I also bought 2 carry-on suitcases at a substantial savings. The merchandise arrived within a few days. I could not be happier with the prices and service at suitcase.com. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

I ordered Samsonite Fiero 28" Hardside Spinner, it looks great, price is the lowest after compare with other websites and delivery is good with Fedex ground I received it 4 days after purchased date.

I'd never heard of this site so I was a little apprehensive about ordering from them. However, my bag arrived in great time, was exactly as described on the webite, and the price was fantastic. A great new find!

I ordered the 28". Haven't use it yet but defenately seems and feels like a strong suitcase. Also the customer service was nice and professional when I needed them.

I received my suitcase quicker than I expected! Unfortunately, it was damaged during shipping (the top corner was dented in). I called and spoke with a very helpful customer service representative who said that they would immediately send out a replacement and a free return shipping label would be sent to me via e-mail. I received my replacement quickly and it was very easy sending back the damaged product. Very happy with my experience with Suitcase.com. Definitely will shop with them again in the future.

There is no email to notify you the shipment process. I had to email them in order to find out the status. The bags was then delivered to the wrong address. Thank god that I have good neighbor who received my bags in error , and delivered to me. Management needs to look into these areas and address the concerns. Thanks for listening.

I am sorry you felt we did not live up to your expectations. On March 6th we sent an email to the email address that you provided seconds after you placed the order. This is an automatic feature of our website. The product was sent to the address that you provided. Your order was placed on Thursday and tracking was sent to your email on Monday after the case was given to FedEx. If FedEx did deliver this to the wrong address we were not aware or we would have been involved to resolve this issue. As a rule Suitcase.com customers are use to prompt delivery and communications.
