Used it this past weekend on a Boeing 737; very pleased with its fit in the overhead compartment and its maneuverability on wheels. Packed two business suits and dress shirts in it and they made the trip wrinkle-free.

UPS was here the very next morning to pick up my order after I call to say my catalogue case was damaged in transit. (seriously someone could have put protective bubbles or newsprint around the case .A big piece of luggage in thin plastic bag just opens up end user to be very disappointed. I have not rec'd back my replacem't but I am sure it will be swift. Everyone along this journey has been sweet, efficient and so helpful. They get my WOW factor and vote!
