I would like to acknowledge Summit Mortgage and Mr Michael Lee for the outstanding job they did in assisting my family in the purchase of our home. Mr. Lee's professionalism, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond was astounding. If you need lending assistance or honest advice I would highly recommend Mr Lee because he will treat you as if you were his only customer, always available to answer questions or give his very knowledgeable advice. Definitely a person to trust and put your mind at ease during the mortgage process

Working with Bill was an enjoyable experience. This was the first time I purchased a home and he was very kind and patient as he spoonfed some of what was going on - so I truly understood every aspect and comprehended all the options I had available. He was generous with his time and contributed the critical and timely effort during a 'sudden crunch-time bidding war!' This was very appreciated! The Closing was not stressful at all, as Bill made sure I knew what to expect and was prepared for my part. He answered any question I had without making me feel stupid. I highly recommend him - and I am very picky.

I got great service from Peter Doyle and his associates. When I had issues with one of their underwriters, the company quickly switched investors and got my mortgage funded on-time with minimal hassle to me.
