I have spoken with several reps. Rene was the best friendly & answered ALL my questions. Great job giving me info on which model would be best for me & reserving it for me to discuss with my husband no pressure to make a decision at that moment!

Jeremiah was very professional and courteous.
Jeremiah was very knowledgeable about the various products that Sunlighten offers and was able to answer all of my questions related to the product as well as how IR would help with our various health challenges we are experiencing. I was very happy with the customer service I received and can tell that Sunlighten‘s employees are truly passionate and believe in their products. Thank you!

Rose was a good salesperson
Rose was a good salesperson. She kept me very informed. I told her when I was ready to purchase and she didn’t call and bothered me. She waited for me to call her back. She would check in to make sure everything was good completely happy with her.

“BELIEVE” IN SUNLIGHTEN

Sunlightenand my wonderful salesperson…
Sunlightenand my wonderful salesperson made my sauna purchase very easy. My husband was on the fence about purchasing a sauna but she provided us with all of the information on health benefits and he decided we needed a Sunlighten infrared sauna in our lives!!!!! We have been using our sauna for 2 weeks and we are noticing that we feel better and our sleep has improved. My daughter has a skin condition that looks way better since she has started using the anti-aging setting.

We searched for the best sauna for our spa
We searched for the best and most effective sauna we could find that would fit our spa. We really liked the Sunlighten the best for all it had to offer. We called to schedule a conversation and after talking with Bri, we were sold! She was amazing in all aspects and has been since our purchase. Customer service means alot when you are buying something of this amount and need to know what you are buying! Bri at Sunlighten saunas explained everything that these amazing saunas can do. This is why we purchased 2 and will buy from them again! Best sauna and service out there!
