Don’t wait like me…
I did a lot of research and it took me a long time to decide to buy my sauna, but it is one the Best purchases I have ever made. (Should have done it sooner) My Sales Rep, Rene has been magnificent and I feel blessed to have been in her care with my purchase.

Customer service and shipping are not good at all
Buying the product was super easy, however shipping was very troublesome as I was given a shipping manifest as it said it was going to arrive an Friday March 1. I waited all day and no call or no product. After a week of back and forth it finally showed up. The product went together quite nice, however there is not seal for the top or bottom of the glass door like there is on the side so it allows a draft in the bottom and fails to get to max temp. I sent an email asking for more seal and was told it was in the packaging but it was not. Then there was a claim for customer service which I was told would take 24 hours, and after 5 days they finally called to tell me there was no seal for the top or bottom. I asked if I could buy some extra and install it myself and she said that was not possible. I have went back and forth so much, I truly don't know if I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome customer service.
Awesome customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Williams to purchase a Sunlighten sauna. Ryan was polite and patiently answered all my questions ( I had a lot)! He went over all the different types in detail and helped me to choose one that fit our needs. He made the whole process very easy and I never felt rushed. I am looking forward to getting our new sauna.

Great sauna information and specs

Ramon is a Stand-Out Sales Rep
We worked with Ramon and had an awesome experience. He followed up on a Sales Contact Request and held our hand from that point forward through the research, decision-making, and buying processes. He was very patient with me and all the questions I had regarding the sauna. He stayed in touch over a 3-month period to make sure we felt confident in our decision when the time was right for us to purchase. Customer service is terrible- rivals…
Customer service is terrible- rivals Comcast and AT&T. Cannot get through on phone or submit a written request. Be cautious about buying this product because you get no support after the sale.

Great Customer Service
Ryan provided us with top notch customer service. He was very informative and knew the products well. Being first time sauna buyers, we had tons of questions and he was able to answer all of our inquires and help us select the right unit for our needs. He was a huge help and we felt ease with our decision. Highly recommend!
