Great strong reliable product, 2 year warranty was great, I wanted to purchase the screen protector part of my case and customer service said I can get a replacement through my warranty. I received a full replacement within 10 days. Excellent customer service and excellent product.

I have used several phone cases before until I found Supcase. It is the best phone case I have ever had and used.I just updated from a S24 Ultra to the new S26 Ultra. I traded it in to VZW and had had it right at 3 years. From day one it was always in a Supcase and when they checked the phone out they sent me and email saying that the phone was in mint to new condition and wanted to know what case I had used to keep the phone in. I told them and they told me that they wished all there trade ins look that good. I received the full $1100.00 credit to my account on the S24 ultra phone that I traded in on the new S26 Ultra.

Support was great - made replacement of an item fast and easy. Only downfall is the replacement seems to be slightly worse quality design than the original. The original had a metal prop bar, the replacement is a thin plastic. But happy to have a usable case again.

My phone (in a Supcase UB Pro) fell from the top of my car onto the highway when I was approaching highway speeds. It was there for almost 9 hours in rain, then the hot sun, before it was picked up. The case was broken, but the phone was fine. Since the case was still under warranty, Supcase sent me a new case to replace the broken one. Customer service was patient while I failed to get the photos of my case attached to my email claim. Third time was a charm and a new case was on it's way. Highly recommend!
