I ordered the wrong set of glassware by accident It said to call in order to start a return. Chris was my customer service agent and he was outstanding. In no time we had my package ready to go back, and he took away my frustration over ordering the wrong thing… As well as putting a smile on my face. Job well done Chris, Job well done!

I am new to SLT perks, and following an email from SLT stating that I had earned $20 in perks, I shopped at South Coast Plaza store intending to apply the perks to a purchase. I was told that with my SLT number that isn't feasible. I called customer service, spoke with the best service rep, Jose, who not only answered my questions, he fully explained the program (which had never happened before), and how I can most take advantage of its benefits. Unlike the service at the store, Jose exceeded my expectations for good service. i intend to shop online and call customer service to place my order if necessary from now on. Jose's service quality kept me as an SLT customer.

Tried to add one more attendee to a cooking class and had trouble online with gift card/CC combined payment. Sebastian took care of it for me via phone call. He was patient, professional and helped to solve the problem. He was a delight.

Maria was extremely helpful when I contacted customer service regarding a return. It only took a few minutes and had return shipping labels. She even helped me find the product I actually had thought I ordered.
