Although I had already done my hot tub selecting "homework" the customer service woman who took my order was very helpful. She was very professional but also personable. She offered good information and options and was very pleasant to speak with and offered good tips and advice.

Our spa arrived earlier than promised, in perfect condition, and the shipping guy was very helpful in off-loading it to my storage location. Ther price of the spa was great.
