once purchased I got several follow up emails and phone call just to ensure the purchaser is well prepared. Very friendly woman from customer service explaining in details the whole delivery process and approximate time line. I was impressed, well done.

The hot tub was broken when it got here and it still broke. The technician finally came and said it needed more work than I thought. Now I have to wait longer to use my hot tub because waiting for parts. I think since I have to wait I should get some extra things like steps and pillows
