The products are great but the shipping and response time need improvement.

Hi Jake, thank you for your honest feedback, we’re really glad to hear you’re happy with the products. We also understand your point about shipping and response times. While we’re continuously improving both areas, we know there’s still room to do better, and feedback like yours helps us get there. Thank you again for your support. The Mod Projects Team

I like the idea of having a different watch face and band to go with it. I am very happy with my watch band purchase. Getting the faces to match my watch band was not difficult at all once I properly followed the directions. The MOD project is a great way to accessorize your wardrobe attire.

Hi Myron, thank you for the wonderful feedback, we’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying both the bands and the watch faces. We especially appreciate you mentioning that once the directions were followed, the setup was straightforward. Creating a different look for different outfits and occasions is exactly what The Mod Projects is all about. Thank you again for your support. The Mod Projects Team

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! It’s junk!!! This is not a regal product like they market. First… the watch case (because that’s all their selling you) is a clumpy gaudy looking chunk of whatever composite material they use. It’s not a good look. Second… the watch faces require you to download several apps or other products and they do not look like the real thing… you can get the same thing for free on your Apple Watch by downloading clockology and then using telegram to get the same designer faces. Third… bunch of bs to get a refund. They make you take pictures and you better have all the wrapping, plastics bags, etc.; after that now you have to go through their endless attempts to get you to take another partial refund option. This is after several days of waiting for responses (i suspect they’re trying to wear you down and possibly miss the return window). Bottom line… Stay Away!!! Junk!!! After reading the “apology”… I’m only more infuriated. Once someone says no to the partial refund option… that should be it. Not having to wait four days for the next round of refund options. If there was any legitimacy to what you wrote below you would have offered all options at once, or more appropriately, you have that listed in your refund section before someone makes the mistake of buying this crap! Again… junk! Stay away!!!

Hi Greg, we’re sorry to hear the product didn’t match your expectations. To clarify, our cases are designed to fully transform the Apple Watch into a more substantial, statement-style timepiece. We understand this look isn’t for everyone, but the product is not “junk”, and many customers specifically choose it for its stronger wrist presence. Regarding the watch faces, the hyper-realistic faces sold separately are exclusive to our private collection. With the correct settings and our step-by-step tutorial, they can stay active for hours and refresh naturally when you raise or tap your wrist. As for returns, we request photos only to confirm the product condition and provide the correct return instructions. Partial refund options are offered as alternatives for customers who prefer not to ship the item back, never as a way to avoid a proper refund. If you’d like us to review your case again and help close it properly, please contact us at [email protected]. The Mod Projects Team

Hi Tony, thank you for the great feedback, we’re really glad you’re enjoying your new Mod Case and the presence it gives on your wrist. And don’t worry, once you’ve had a little more time to experiment with the different watch faces and styles, it only gets better. Thank you again for your support. The Mod Projects Team

Beautiful case and bracelet. Love it! I just wish there was a way to have the face visible for longer time- though that is just the limitations of the Apple Watch.

Hi Jordan, thank you for the great feedback, we’re really glad you’re enjoying the case and bracelet. Regarding the watch faces, you’re right that Apple imposes some limitations. However, with the correct settings and by following the setup tutorial we provide, the faces can remain active for hours and refresh naturally whenever you raise or tap your wrist, making the experience much smoother.
