When we called in to the monitoring centre they were very helpful and explained everything that we needed to know and answered all of our questions. When the installer arrived he was very professional and explained everything that was going to be done. Before the installer left he explained step-by-step on how the system works It has been a week already and we are very pleased with the quality and performance of the monitoring centre. We will highly recommend the monitoring centre to our friends and family.

I haven't had our security monitored for 15 years and had forgotten a few subtleties about these systems - set it off twice in the first week! Your staff were helpful and patient and helped me very kindly. Thank you! Feel I chose the right company!
