Our family has been protected by the Monitoring Center for nearly a decade. They are with high moral and ethical standards. The technician was more than thorough, he was excellent, and highly professional. The Monitoring Center was so good to us, helping us learn how to use our alarm for the first year. We lived in much less concern of burglars. The Monitoring Center treated our fears, and sometimes tears, with compassion during a difficult times when our neighborhood was being targeted. They are kind and always step in to make sure our family is secure with our alarm needs. Reliable, very affordable, priceless care in customer service.
