I've ALWAYS really appreciated the speed with which my calls are answered. Once on the line with the support personnel, my questions / issues are resolved with the utmost professionalism. EVERY call is also followed up with an email regarding the issues and in THIS instance, steps to resolve the issue in the future were all laid out. WAY TO GO!!

I am so pleased with the quick response I received after providing feedback to TherapyNotes. Faith P., the Team Lead, reached out and responded to my email with care and support. This level of service is the very reason why I left SimplePractice almost two years ago. Thank you for all of the work that you do to support our profession and for making our lives so much easier.

This company has stayed on top of any issue. They are continually updating the product and if a clinician has a need they easily take feedbacks a d implement those into the program. So much simpler to use and a much better product for the patient than the other leading products.

Outstanding custom service! The staff completely know their product and are easily able to answer questions. I have a significant neurological disability and they have been uncommonly attentive. The world needs more organizations like this. I hope they pay their staff well because they are in a league of their own😊
