My interaction with Rebecca C. at Therapy was not only helpful in answering my service question, but personal, fun, and life-giving. I called to inquire about how to message a large group of clients to inform them of local construction near one of our wellness centers. Rebecca researched the topic, helped me troubleshoot ways to work around some limitations and move forward. She was kind, human, and entered into some fun banter about working on the weekends. In fact, when I told her I felt bad she was working on a Sunday, she replied, "I love working on Sunday. It's my pleasure to be here for you." Thanks for hiring great people with good attitudes to help your customers! Give her a raise!

Every call I have made - no matter the nature or size of the issue - the representative patiently walked me through until it was resolved. The reps know their stuff. And they’re kind & patient!
