Representative Anna was patient and took the time to thoroughly answer my issue. In general, I like knowing where my call is in queue and how long I have to wait. My two recent calls were answered more quickly than was estimated.

Awful platform, not intuitive, and it crashes at least 2-3 times per month with customer service telling you they're working on it. There are much better platforms to use like PracticeFusion, and even Charm, which are connected to lab services like Quest. Don't bother with this thing.

This is the best business. You can call day or night with the most mundane and easiest of questions and everyone is so helpful and easy to understand. My assistant has covid and I do not know how to do a lot of the administrative functions and they have been patient and helpful.
