I've been using TherapyNotes for a few years now. I find their EHR platform easy to use and applicable to my private practice. I'm excited about their newly added feature for telehealth. I've used it several times in beta testing and it has worked smoothly and easily. I've only needed to access customer/technical support a couple of times, however each time have received a prompt (within an hour) reply addressing my needs. Highly recommend.

A private practice dream!!!!! I've been in the field for over 30 years and shifted to software management 15 years ago. Every 1-3 years I re-evaluate my needs and research what program(s) best suits my practice. TherapyNotes is the most cost-effective, time-saving, non-redundant program. The template for session notes is quick, customizable, and easy to use. If and when insurance comes checking, I rest much better knowing I can both protect my clients and their privacy concerns, while simultaneously proving I am demonstrating best clinical practice Then there is the support team. Every single time I have called my questions were rapidly and accurately answered.....the transition from my previous practice management software to TherapyNotes has been seamless and painless. Great team and great product for a reasonable price. Medicare standard says: "if it wasn't documented it wasn't done...." TherapyNotes is the first program to take the "ugh factor" out of having to do that. I'm new to using Therapy Notes. While I'm great at helping other people with their anxiety, the unknowns of opening a solo practice, and managing insurance, billing, etc, are daunting! The support from the staff at Therapy Notes has been fantastic!

I have been using TherapyNotes for a little over a year and a half. I have a solo private practice, providing psychotherapy services to my community. I have had to call TherapyNotes for questions and have always been provided with "top-notch" assistance. The individuals who provided "Customer Success", are always calm and patient, never making me feel dumb for calling, like some IT support I have received in the past. They will and have gone the extra mile to help trouble shoot issues I might be having, even if the issues ultimately might not be related to TherapyNotes. Recently, I was not able to log into TherapyNotes and called for assistance. I talked with Ken, a Customer Support Specialist, He was very helpful and assisted me with getting back up and running.

Speedy response, well-trained support staff, succinct instructions, patient personalities, knowledgeable and professional.

I am very pleased with the Therapynotes support team. I receive quick responses that are helpful and have concise instructions when needed.
