I cannot express how thrilled we are to have found this company! Not only do they offer clever, well-designed, well-made products, but the customer service is top notch! We had mistakenly ordered a case instead of a pod. Even though it was our error, ThinOptics quickly responded to our email, and graciously sent us a pod. BEST COMPANY EVER!

I recently purchased a pair of the glasses and I have to say that the service has been outstanding! I had a question that was answered immediately and the company has been very professional. I have yet to receive my product, but I have used them before and they are fantastic! All in all, a great experience and a great product!

Greetings, My name is Todd. I have been wearing thin optics for many years. They are light, comfortable, and they are a real lifesaver. In fact, I am wearing them right now to write this email, and I don’t even realize I’m wearing them. I am a licensed optician in New York (since 1992). I have been in the business for many years. I have dispensed every kind of eyeglass frames you can imagine. I have recommended Thin Optics to family and friends for years. The reason is, they are very comfortable, durable, and never need to be adjusted. That is a complete rarity in my field. After many years of using my Thin Optics, the unthinkable happened. One of the nose pads broke off. I always thought these frames were very high quality, but to use them for so many years without any issues is unheard of. I called the company and spoke with Ann. She could not have been nicer or more helpful. She quickly processed a warranty replacement for me at no charge. It is so nice to see a company stand behind their product. The fact that a human being answered the phone so quickly, was nice. The way Ann helped me was truly terrific customer service. Another rarity. Thank You, Todd A. Long Island, NY
