I'd give you a 5 star except that the color yellow shown in your preorder sample is so much brighter than what you get with the actual glasses. The yellow is almost non-existent. Not bad but not what was described. I like to get what I order. Otherwise I LOVE THESE GLASSES! Light and stylish and fairly priced. I'll be back for more.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us, and for your honest review! We are thrilled to hear how much you love the fit, style, and weight of your glasses—and that you plan on coming back for more. At the same time, we completely understand your disappointment regarding the color. You're absolutely right: when you order a specific shade, especially during a preorder, you expect the actual product to match the samples shown. We've passed your feedback directly to our product and marketing teams so we can ensure our preview images accurately represent the final product moving forward.

I initially received a pair that had an issue, but ThinOptics customer service handled it quickly and made things right. The replacement has been great, and the glasses are exactly what I was hoping for—lightweight, convenient, and easy to always have with me. I’ve been happy enough with them that I just ordered more. Great product and excellent customer service.

I love this company and their products! I should be a salesman for them. I use my readers every day and people always are shocked at how cool they are! I explain where to get a pair at least once a week for the past six years.

There's nothing better than seeing people's faces light up when they first realize how convenient and cool these readers are, and we're so grateful to have customer advocates like you sharing the love week after week. Thank you for being such a loyal member of our community and for helping so many people discover a better way to keep their reading glasses handy. We truly appreciate your support!
