I can not imagine anybody leaving a bad review about this product-line or the company itself. I have bought several of these different Thin Optics Models and the quality of the product and service is outstanding. I am writing this today, because Jake from customer service just solved a small issue I was having with my two-year old Brooklyn Readers, and as always, the company is awesome, and Jake is a real pro. Kudos to Thin Optis, and thank you for the great service Jake !

I had my ThinOptic glasses for several years when they broke. I remembered that there was a warranty on them for the life of the glasses but I did not know where the receipt was. I used the chat on the website and the customer service person was able to find my purchase history and arrange to send me a free replacement pair of glasses. The whole process was fast and without any hassles! I was very pleasantly surprised. I use my ThinOptic glasses a lot so I was very happy to get the free replacement.
