Both my wife and I have these glasses and they have both been replaced without fuss. The most recent replacement had some technical issues with the online re-order form but Jake sorted it all out through the 'Chat' function.

Product is fantastic. Customer service is terrible. The order took ten days to arrive. Once I received the glasses I realized the case I ordered stuck to the back of my phone. Not a big deal but not what the photo indicated online. I reached out to customer service to find out what case I should have ordered, something that would just slip in my purse. No response. Unfortunately the extensive lag time in receiving my order along with the terrible customer service will prohibit me from buying these glasses in the future - which is unfortunate because I like the glasses. Efficiency and good service make a business....... the two areas this company is lacking in.

Great products and customer service. The phone cases tend to crack easily, but the smaller cases that you attach to other phone cases are great!
