Hi Roger, thank you for your review! You’re absolutely right — these pans work best with lower heat settings due to the heat distribution, and a small amount of oil often give the best results. We’re delighted to hear the cookware is performing as expected for you. If you ever need anything at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help. Hi Jackie, thank you for your review and feedback! We’re very happy to hear you’re enjoying the cookware overall and that cleanup has been easy. We also appreciate your feedback. Once the pan has gone through a few cooking cycles and seasoning layers build up further, the cooking performance usually becomes even better. We’re also glad to hear you’re enjoying the lid and less mess on the stove 😊. Do let us know if you ever need any help! Warm regards, Titan’s Kitchen Team

Hi Linda, thank you so much for your review and for sharing your experience! What you’re describing can occasionally happen during the first few uses of brand-new cookware and is usually related to residual oils or seasoning residue interacting with cooking oils. A thorough wash before first use and a few cooking cycles normally resolve this completely. We’re very happy to hear you’re enjoying your new pan and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback! Please do let us know if you ever need any help. Warm regards, Titan’s Kitchen Team
