I won't be ordering anymore loads. Until I can figure out what a normal load is

Hello, Usually a normal load is credit only. You can find that on our website listed as prepaid credit. For the operator you recharged, that would be TNT Prepaid Credit. Your TopUp team

Sometimes its works lightning fash other times the processing slows up for some reason. Topup.com is quite consistent most of the time in processing order very quickly 10secs the least. Sometimes it takes 45-90mins for the order to process. But I think other people should try for theirselves maybe they'll have a different opinion

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! Online transaction security is extremely important to us, that's why we use automated and manual systems to confirm proper card authorization, including having customer service representatives directly call customers. Sometimes this might result in a delay in processing your order, but on the upside you can always be sure that your payments are safe with us. :) Orders can also be processed with a delay if the operator receives a high number of requests at the same time. We apologize for any inconvenience! Your TopUp team

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! The only charge we apply is a minimal transaction fee. Some of the operators to whom you send recharges could also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the exchange rate, that is also imposed by the local operator. UsD exchange SriLankan rate Pls top-up today different Thank
Reply from TopUpMay 13, 2022
Hi, The exchange rate is not the same as in the case of currency exchange, because you are buying a product and you are not acquiring it directly from the original provider, so the cost for it will be higher. That's because the transaction involves several currency exchanges and transfers between different companies and business entities located in different countries. The advantage is that you can get the recharge done fast and easy from your home. Your TopUp team
