Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review — we truly appreciate it! We’re glad to hear that your first VPS experience with TradingFXVPS was smooth and straightforward, and that you were able to get everything up and running quickly. It’s also great to know you’re achieving excellent latency performance below 3ms for your trading setup. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the 2GB RAM plan. Running cTrader with multiple charts and around 12 bots can indeed become resource intensive, and upgrading to a higher RAM package would definitely provide additional headroom and smoother performance for heavier workloads. Your feedback is valuable because it helps other traders better understand how to size their VPS based on their trading environment and usage requirements. Thank you again for your support and recommendation. If you ever need assistance optimizing your setup or selecting the most suitable plan, our team is always happy to help. Warm regards, Ace TradingFXVPS Team 🚀

Hi John, Thank you for your detailed review and for choosing TradingFXVPS! We’re really glad to hear that you’re experiencing a faster and smoother performance, even compared to another VPS with similar specs. As you’ve noticed, it’s not just about the processor — network routing, infrastructure optimization, and server configuration make a significant difference. It’s great to know you’re consistently seeing sub-1ms latency to your broker, and that the setup process was quick and seamless. Your feedback reinforces what we strive for every day — delivering not just powerful hardware, but a truly optimized trading environment. If you ever need further tuning or assistance, we’re always here to help. Warm regards, Ace TradingFXVPS Team 🚀

Hi Olivier, Thank you for your honest feedback and for taking the time to share your experience — we truly appreciate it. We completely understand your point regarding pricing, and we respect your transparency. Our goal has always been to provide not just a VPS, but a premium trading environment. What we offer includes: 1. Sub-1ms ultra-low latency, which is only achievable by a handful of providers globally 2. Real human support (no chatbots), as you experienced — ensuring every issue is properly understood and handled 3. 24/7 technical assistance, with fast and knowledgeable responses 4. High-end hardware and optimized infrastructure designed specifically for trading 5. Redundancy and stability, so clients can trade with confidence without interruptions All of these come with higher operational costs, but they are also what allow us to deliver the level of performance and reliability our clients depend on. That said, we truly value your support and understanding, and we’ll continue doing our best to deliver a service that justifies the investment. If there’s ever anything we can improve on, we’re always open to feedback. Warm regards, Ace TradingFXVPS Team 🚀
