The experience was great! Trainer Academy gave a ton of different modalities to learn with guided questions for the reading, pictures, and mnemonics. I loved having the pacing guide to help assist with where I needed to be given when I was taking the exam. Lastly, the practice quizzes and tests were super helpful. I thought the rigor and quantity of the exams were super helpful. I felt much more prepared when I was taking the exam.

I had a great experience with the study material because it was a very easy to follow. I had trouble focusing on the things I needed to, but the study guide gave me guidance. I easily passed my certification exam without anxiety. I would recommend this study guide to everyone, I know

After taking the CSCS and looking over the material provided again. I can say this course is missing a good amount of information that relates to the test. Its structured well, I just felt it was missing information from the actual book. This is could be a good course once updated.

I love trainer academy the audio section was my best I would listen to the study guide audio while reading the study guide answers to insure I knew the material it mad learning easier and gave me the confidence I needed to pass the exam.

I bought the NCSF CPT package, and it was very disappointing. The key issue is that several of the questions/answers are wrong, which undermines rather than assists learning. I sent TA 10 question/answer errors based on only two practice exams and a request for a refund. It's been five weeks without any response (apart from the useless chat support promising that the team will get back to me). The question/answer errors are a known issue, as I have seen this highlighted since 2021, but TA doesn't seem bothered to fix them. I wouldn't go as far as saying the TA is a scam, but their products are very sloppy, and their customer service is abysmal. They could have at least taken the time to proofread the content before publishing and maybe even hired professional test developers to design, test, and update it. Don't spend money on this. The test exams you get from NCSF are enough, and you can trust them to be correct.

The practice tests and chapter summaries for the CSCS exam prep were so very helpful! I HIGHLY recommend for those preparing for the exam. I was only subscribed a month and learned so much! Now I’m certified!!!
