Overall pretty good, but I feel like some of the stuff was necessary in the MVP package. Feels like it was just put there to justify the price. The audio and cheat sheet really work well, so overall I don't have anything bad to say.

Basically as if someone studied for you and all you have to do is apply it. The audio guide was a big win for me. Trainer academy has some great stuff to work with

The NASM MVP was definitely worth the extra cost. I’m not sure I would have passed so easily. I learned way more than I would normally have by just going through the standard material. I wish I had known about this when I registered, saves loads of stress.
