The flash cards I downloaded from Trainer Academy helped me not only remember the information I need to learn but it helped me UNDERSTAND everything I need to become a trainer. Each flash card has detailed information that breaks things down vs reading the NASM book again because that would be an overload. I passed my exam on my first attempt and I couldn’t be happier that I had Trainer Academy to help me through the study process.

Trainer Academy was a great resource as I studied for the NASM CPT exam. The practice exams covered much more material than the NASM exams, and that really helped me prepare and pass the final CPT exam. I was able to study and sit for the exam in about 5 weeks...ALOT faster than if I had just used the NASM program. I would highly recommend spending the money on the Trainer Academy program! Thanks guys!

Hello Tyler & Ben, I passed the Nasm cpt exam and wanted to thank you for your help! I purchased your Nasm CPT Practice Exams and they were exactly the extra challenge I was looking for to prepare myself. I had started with the self-study package of Nasm and bought other practise tests from different organisations, but your questions really made me dig deeper and think!! I truely recommend them! Tumbs up ;)

Standard stuff. I really enjoyed using the cheat sheet. It managed to nail pretty much everything. Also, the practice exams, pretty solid and correlated well with the actual final test. 5/5 from me.
