Trainer Academy was a terrific resource for me on my journey to achieve my NASM CPT. I liked the various formats of the study guides since everyone learns differently. The practice exams were most helpful to me but I also really liked the outline to help reinforce the most important content. Finally, the podcasts were great for listening to in the car to and from work and I felt that audio was an effective way for me to learn/remember. I didn't end up using acronyms as they were too complicated for me to remember let alone apply to the concepts! But, for those who need them, they're part of the deal, too. Overall, a great investment. I passed on the first try just a few months from when I first started the coursework and studying.

The All-Star package really helped me prepare for my exam and really pointed out all the key information I needed to know for the exam! I would highly recommend Trainer Academy for anyone studying for their personal trainer exam!

I passed my NASM CPT exam! Trainer academy has organized lessons that helped me focus my studies on key concepts. Having a calendar and set questions helped me to stay on task and feel prepared for my exam.

Just wanted to say thank you for your resources and to let you know I'm officially a first time go. The course definitely helped to prepare me. The mnemonics devices for the muscle imbalances were key, they 100 percent let me answer all of the questions on those topics with confidence, and it made it so much easier to memorize one of the most daunting parts of the NASM curriculum. The practice tests were also extremely effective, and the question types were representative of the questions on the official exam. While the course helped me to succeed on the exam, it also helped me to learn the information that I will actually need to be a competent trainer. Thanks again!
