Trainer academy’s study guide and quizzes helped me focus on the main points without worrying about little details. The study guide and quizzes really helped portray the ACE exam.

The materials that Trainer Academy provided for the NASM-CPT exam were not only incredibly easy to understand and use, but also pinpointed the main areas/terms/concepts to study so that I was not wasting time going through the hundred of pages of NASM materials over and over again NASM study materials are great but...there is so much to digest that it can get overwhelming. Trainer Academy helped tremendously with organizing my study time and helping me pass the NASM-CPT test on my first try. Even further, some of the questions on the actual CPT exam were questions that I had already seen within the Trainer Academy practice tests. I would highly recommend their materials to anyone studying for their CPT.

I did not pass my CSCS on my first attempt and needed a stronger study system. I found it at Trainer Academy and passed on my next attempt.
