I loved the quizes- this really helped me for the wording used on the test

Trainer academy did a great job on highlighting the most important information given. In preparation for the CSCS, an 800 page text book can be very intimidating (and dull). Trainer academy offers multiple packages making it very affordable for anyone. Between the blue print and the outline, they pretty much put everything you need right in front of you. I highly recommend using Trainer academy to anyone in preparation for the CSCS.

I thought this review was excellent and it really helped me when it came to my actual certification. I highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Trainer Academy. They did a phenomenal job of emphasizing the most important information, while keeping it comprehensive. This program cut out so much work I would have had to do to filter through what to focus on from an 800 page text book. Their study materials were extremely helpful and they really do set you up for success. My only complaint is small, there are some typos here and there but they’re not too frequent and that definitely doesn’t come close to outweighing all the benefits from the program. Even without a degree in exercise science, I passed the exam on my first attempt thanks to the guidance of Trainer Academy!

The team at TrainerAcademy has put a lot of work into their materials and were very supportive throughout my study process for the NASM-CPT exam! The NASM exam is no joke and they definitely do what they can to help set you up for success. They offered a wide variety of study material packages and there was something to help with each type of learning style. I purchased the MVP study package. It came with a blueprint to help me outline a realistic timeframe for me to be ready for the exam. The written study guide and audio lectures were particularly helpful as they asked important questions, were clear, detailed, and helped explain hard concepts in a way that made sense. The only things I did not find helpful were the anatomy coloring book and the link to flashcards provided. The pictures in the coloring book were vague and made it hard to identify muscles and the flashcards were so detailed and wordy it made it very difficult to memorize and comprehend all the information. However the information itself was helpful, and I found it easier to break the info up into several flashcards on a different study site. Overall the study materials helped relieve some of the stress that can come with studying and I would definitely come back for study material again in a heartbeat.

Material provided by Trainer Academy was very helpful, well organized and easy to read. I printed every chapter separately, highlighted most important parts and read it every day. In my car I was listening audio guides, which was also very helpful. But the most amazing part of the study material were the mnemonic. Funny and easily memorable and I still remember them. I also liked tests and quizzes. They were similar to the one on my final just worded differently. Final exam was one of the easiest I took so far and I believe it was because of the study material. I would highly recommend TA to everyone.

This was a great preparation tool! I unfortunately only had access to an older edition of the CSCS text book and with these study materials I still passed and felt very confident entering the exam. I would highly recommend these materials especially if you do not have a degree in the related field. The material was not only digestible but provide much guidance with how to attack this massive textbook. Some of the flash cards were a little confusing and not totally accurate but everything could be double checked in the book. So glad I invested in my learning it 100% paid off!

Used this and pocket prep to prepare for the exam. Passed very easily. Use the study guides, practice questions, and you will be just fine!
