Other than the fact he couldnt understand me, and I couldn t understand him, they were more helpful than the first company I spoke with.

Cario was great to help me untangle the 1st agent l spoke to about the seats l wanted for my team! Fortunately after receiving the email from the 1st agent, l called wanting to make sure the 1st agent assigned the seats l requested! If l hadn't called me & my team would have shown up at the flights not having the seats the 1st agent said he would get for me!! & that would have been very embarrassing for me & all of us would have been very unhappy!! Point being, your 1st agent should have contacted me to let me know there is a problem! I had to spend at least an hour on the phone with Cario to resolve the problem!! Again, thankfully l called to check our seats!! & Cario made things right!! Cario was very professional... give him a raise!

Scam! When you google for a airlines number they pop up and they’ll try to sell you a fare with reduced benefits for a higher price than you can get from the airline directly.

I called Delta directly the following day after I got my ticket. They were much cheaper directly. I will not use you in the future.
