Vick was able to modify my flight for me after I was outside of the 24 hour window to cancel with southwest. I really could have done it myself but I’m glad Vick did it for me. It was a charge to get the flight modified; but, the cool and generous part was I was also given a credit to my account in the amount of the charge for the modification; and my job pays for my expenses anyway so really it was a win win for me. Thanks again Vick

FRAUDSTERS! FRAUDSTERS! They pretend they are the airline but they are not! They pretend they are giving you free upgrades but they are not! Go to the airline official website and call airline directly. That is all they are doing but they are charging you to do so. Pay less with official airline agent.
