Mike W. was great, he was very patient with me. The reason I had initially called in was because I had an expired flight credit. Unfortunately there was nothing he could do about that, he did walk me through how to submit the email online to the AA customer relations. I ended up booking a flight with him to go from Vegas to Peru. The day after I changed my mind on the time and location. He helped me change the flight and helped find the most affordable route. Thank you Mike!
