Somehow, unbeknownst to me, when I googled a number to contact American Airlines for an emergent flight change after a cancellation, I got Travelomile. I thought I was talking to AA the entire time; I had to pay a “convenience fee” to change flights ; when I questioned why AA was charging a fee when they never did before, the representative did nothing to clarify that I was not talking to AA, despite multiple opportunities. I feel duped, misled, and defrauded. When I called the next day to register my complaint re:their methods and talked at length to a rep and then a supervisor, he stated my fee would be refunded and that an email would be sent. Nothing received 24 hrs later. I would not do business with this company.

Sarah our representative was incredibly helpful with our flight arrangements during the busy holiday season. She was able to check layover times between our flights to assure that it was a reasonable amount of time for us to get to our 2nd gate. Sarah checked all the small details of our arrangements making us feel secure using Delta again for a special holiday trip.

Had a Medical emergency with My husband ( heart surgery ) and we’re not able to Travel . Advise Travelomine with time , NO HELP Lost my tickets They didn’t help me to get a voucher to travel later on and didn’t give me a chance to pay a penalty to get an open ticket , SO FRUSTRADED !!

Simon the supervisor of reservation at Travelomile was very helpful to me. He went above the call of duty to help me with my seat assignment and gave me an upgrade to comfort seat at no extra cost. Excellent service. He made my day !
