Will has been working for me the past 4 days and he has been patient, wonderful and helpful. Never before has an agent spent the time and effort to help me and my friend get to SAlt Lake City for a dr. appointment. The travel agent, Charlie Smith was very helpful and communicated clearly while helping me arrange my flights. Also, Ritz White was helpful with my printing out my e-tickets.
