I got charged $350 for cancelling a flight. When I found out about the charge and they asked me to approve the transaction, I said no, but they charged me anyway. I should never have dealt with this company. I also didn't realize they were really not Delta. They don't tell you that upfront.

The representative gave us the impression that we were talking to Delta, when in fact it is a different company that came up in a Google search for "Delta Phone." We had called to ask a question about a flight we were booking on the Delta website, and the agent said he good take care of the purchase, but the fee is higher because of the "tax." After he processed our credit cart, we later realized that this was in fact a Travelomile surcharge, not a tax. His deception cost us $188.98. To other customers - please be careful when online searching for airline phone support. These companies are very deceptive and purposely speak vaguely about their company in hopes that you think you are actually talking to the airline.

I had to make a reservation in a hurry with a very sad state of mind. Sarah, with Delta, found a ticket for me and helped me greatly with the physical details and also the emotional aspect. She gave me lots of support and walked me through this experience.

Very helpful and very patient with me. He was also understandable on the phone, which is sometimes difficult. He explain things very well, and waited to be sure that I understood.
