Mike Watson spent over a half hour with me...he was easy to understand and so very helpful! For some reason , United never changed my name to my married name...He helped me do that with ease. Then he booked the exact flights I wanted! I thought I was talking to United customer service rep...now looking at the charges on my account, the ticket was $200. more than United charges, and he charged a $250. service fee...I am 75...I was scammed!!!!
