The girls at the customer service were exceptional with their knowledge and patience helping me through the process. Franklin was the agent who helped me enormously. I had a problem with a layover because Delta kept switching the times and he spent time trying many different ways to help me and listened in such a caring way and was able to solve my problem (which at moments seemed unsolvable).
