Paul, thanks for the 5 stars — and honestly, thanks for flagging the bloat concern too. That's a real thing with deep-chested breeds like Shepherds and people should always go with their vet's advice on feeding height. Glad the quality came through otherwise. If you ever need anything else, just holler and I'll send you a friends-and-family discount. Appreciate you! — Trot Pets

Jalisa, thank you for such a fair and thoughtful review — seriously, this kind of feedback helps us more than you know. You're right, we should've kept you in the loop during that shipping delay instead of leaving you guessing. We're a tiny team and we're working on doing better with updates when orders get held up. Really appreciate your patience and support. If you'd like, I'd love to send you a friends-and-family discount for next time! — Trot Pets

Kelly, this is the best — thank you! Love that your friends' set convinced you, and even more that it's living up to it. Sturdy and well-made is what we wake up trying to do. Thanks for supporting our small team. If you ever want another one, just ask and I'll send a friends-and-family discount! — Trot Pets

Oh this is wonderful — thank you! So glad it got there in 48 hours and that it's doing right by your puppy. A little great dane in the mix, she's going to be a big girl! Thanks for the recommendation, it means the world to us. If you need anything down the road, happy to send a friends-and-family discount your way! — Trot Pets

KB! Haha, 'best dish for your pests' — I'm choosing to read that as pets and it made me laugh. Thank you! Sorry for the slow reply here — we're a family-owned shop, just a couple of us, and Trot Pets started as a passion project after we lost our own dog to eating too fast, so your support genuinely means everything. If you ever want anything else, just ask and I'll send over a friends-and-family discount! — Trot Pets
