I have been trying for several days to renew our domain of mcstay.shop and they have charged me for two different domains and I then asked for them to be corrected but have had to spend my time with numerous emails trying to get this correct and yet it is still not corrected and our site remains down for all this time when it doesn't even run out until December 23, 2017. Unbelievable! I accepted the terms only because we are given no choice or our review won't be accepted!

The pre-order feature for certain types of domain registration is not ideal. I got my url pre-ordered over a week ago and I haven't heard anything from united domains about whether it's been approved, what it will cost and when I will get it.

Hi there, and thanks for writing. Our records show that you pre-registered one domain name whose release date and price are not yet known, and that we did send a confirmation email on the same day that you placed your pre-registration explaining that we would notify you as soon as we knew this release information, and that you would then be able to confirm your pre-order if you wished. Did you receive this email? If not, you can also find this information on our website, and in our help center (https://help.uniteddomains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207215339-How-Domain-Pre-Registration-Works). The new domain extensions have been slowly releasing since early 2014, so it can take time before a given extension's details are revealed. I hope this helps to clarify, but if you have any other questions we invite you to contact our support team directly at [email protected]. Thanks! Travis at UD

United Domains hasn't been perfect, but when there's been a flaw or missing feature in their interface they've been very fast to answer via email. I will continue with them mostly thanks to their customer service.

Our customers mean the world to us, and we work our hardest to ensure their experience with us -- whether through our products or their interactions with us -- are the best we can possibly make them. It's gratifying to know we're succeeding at this, and thank you sincerely for your continued trust in us. Warmest regards, Travis at UD
